How do I reset my password?

With the new SSO login method, you no longer have to enter your password every time and you can log in more securely. 

Beware: Your account can be blocked if you try to log in unsuccessfully several times.

In order to reset your password you should follow these steps, depending on the platform you're in:


If you're logging in via the website:


1) First, you will be asked for your Username (Your email):


2) You wil be asked for your password. In this screen, you should click on "Forgot Password?" at the bottom:


3) Simply click the "Send me an email" button and you will receive an email to reset your password (Make sure to check your Spam folder if you're unable to find it).


If you're logging in via the mobile app:

The steps will be the same as above, however, you will have the following screen when you open the app. Here, you should enter the name of your company, and then you may follow the above steps.


If you're still having issues:

You can contact us through our portal by creating a password reset request.




Enter "Reset password" in the search bar and you will be given the opportunity to create a ticket which will be sent to our customer service department.



You can also send an email directly to login_sso_support@nextail.co and the team will receive the ticket and process it.
