# How can I request help?
#### There are several methods to contact us:
- Either by clicking on the **"? support"** icon within the application (as shown in the bottom of screenshot below).
- By emailing us on CompanyName@nextail.co (if for example your company's name is "Acme Clothing", it would be acmeclothing@nextail.co).
- You can contact us through our [portal](https://nextail.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals) by creating a ticket.
