What do I do if my account is blocked?
After introducing several incorrect passwords, the user account may be blocked for some minutes
You can wait some minutes and try again. If it doesn't help, write your email when asked for it and click on Next as shown in the screenshot
Then the system will promp you for the password. Now you can request a password change by clicking on "Forgot password?", as shown in the screenshot
