How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password in two different ways depending on whether you’d like to change your password for security purposes or because you’ve logged out and have forgotten your password.

Changing your password from within the platform

From the Nextail start page, click on the “Profile” link below your name or the name associated with the account. 


On this page, you can change your mobile app password (when applicable) in the fields directly below or click on the “Edit user profile/password” link in the “Personal data” section.

Below “Security methods”, you can click the “Reset” button and then “Yes” when asked to confirm changing your password.

You’ll need to then enter in your current password and verify it before choosing a new password on the next screen.

Forgot password

If you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it, just go to www.nextail.co/login where you’ll enter your organization’s name. 


On the next page, enter your username and then click on the “Forgot password” link. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your account to help you reset your password.
