Why do I get a message saying “Unable to sign in” when I am trying to access Nextail?
If you entered your email or password incorrectly you will see the following message:
Please make sure there are no extra letters, signs, spaces in your email.
If you don't remember your password please follow the instructions "How do I reset my password"
