Why do I get a message saying “Invalid email or password” when I am trying to access Nextail?
The message appears when the user name (email) is not in the Nextail database, the reason could be that you are writing it in capital letters or signs.
The password must also be the same as the one you created or reset last time. Write to us through the chat icon or email us at support@nextail.co for help.
