Why do I receive a “Activation link no longer valid” message when I try to log in for the first time?
Activation link which is sent to your email upon account creation will expire after 30 days.
If you try to use expired link you will receive following message:
If you experience this situation, you can reach our support team via email at login_sso_support@nextail.co and we will send a new activation link to your email.
