# Nextail app installation
## This guide outlines how to install the Nextail mobile app and log in for the first time.
### **1. Device Requirements**
#### **1.1 iOS**
- Available for **iPhone** and **iPad**
- Requires **iOS version 14.0 or higher**
#### **1.2 Android**
- Available for devices running **Android OS**
- Requires **Android version 8.0 or higher**
### **2. Installation**
#### **2.1 iOS**
1. Open the **App Store** on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for **“Nextail App”**.
3. Tap the **Get** button to download and install the app.
#### **2.2 Android**
1. Open **Google Play Store** on your Android device.
2. Search for **“Nextail App”**.
3. Tap the **Install** button to download and install the app.
### **3. First-Time Sign-Up and Login**
#### **3.1 First-Time Sign-Up**
When your account is created, you’ll receive a welcome email from Nextail.
- Click the link in the email to create your password (the link expires after **30 days**).
- On the login screen:
- Enter your **email address** in the **Username** field and click **Next**.
- - Enter your **new password** in the **Password** field.
- - Tap **Verify** to complete your login.
#### **3.2 Logging In**
After installing the app:
1. Open the Nextail app.
2. In the **Domain** field, enter the name of your brand or company (e.g. nextail).
3. Enter your **user email** and **password**.
4. Tap the **verify** button to complete the process.
