Nextail app installation

 Device Requirements 

1.1.- IOS

• Available for iPhone and iPad
• Version IOS equal to or greater than 9.0  

1.2.- Android

• Available for any device with this operating system
• Version Android equal or greater than5

2.- Installation

2.1.- IOS

• Access the App store of your iPhone
• Search “Nextail store app”
• Tap “Get” button to download the app and install it on your mobile

2.2.- Android

• Access the App store “Google play” of your mobile
• Search “Nextail app store”
• Tap “Install” button to download the app on your mobile

3.- Signed up for the first time and Login

3.1.- Signed up for the first time*

The user will receive this email to sign up for the first time in Nextail. By clicking on the link the user will create a password to have access.

• The hyperlink is valid to register within the next 72 hours 

• Think of a preferred password and put it twice as requested. It must contain at least 1 number and 1 capital letter

  

*Supported browsers: Google Chrome (vers. >55),  Safari (vers. >10), Firefox (vers. >54) and Edge (vers. >15)

3.2.- Login

• Introduce the name of your brand or company in the Domain field. i.e “nextail”
• Introduce your user email and password in the Email and Password fields
• Click on the Login button
• You can recover your password by clicking on “Forgot password?”

4.- Contact Support

4.1.- Before login Nextail

4.2 After logging in Nextail
