Data Import templates
Where to find the templates
For the modules below, you no longer download templates from this page. Open the module, click Data Import, and download the latest template from the side panel, together with field-by-field instructions. See On-site Data Imports & Import History for the full step-by-step guide.
💡 Always use the template from the Data Import panel. Some column names have changed compared with the previous templates, so review any external files or queries that use them.

Display Conditions
Go to "Master Data → Display Conditions" and click Data Import. See the Display Conditions article for what each field means.
Minimum Displays (MDQ)
Go to "Master Data → Minimum Displays" and click Data Import.
New (04-11-2026): the Minimum Displays template now also accepts sku_ref, so you can identify records by SKU reference.
Picking Schedules
Go to "Master Data → Picking Schedules" and click Data Import. The store name field is no longer required in the template. See the Picking Schedules article for more details.
Layouts (Assortment Management)
The four previous templates (Layout Master, Layout Master FA, Layout Master Replenishment and SKU Store Blocks) are now one single Layouts template.
Go to "Master Data → Visual Merchandiser" and click Data Import. Use the Module selector to choose where the layout applies:
- First Allocation
- Replenishment & Store Transfer
- Transversal
Thresholds (Service Level)
There are two separate imports:
- Sales Threshold: go to "Master Data → Products" screen and click Data Import. You can still change individual products with Change sales threshold.
- Sales Threshold by Warehouse: go to "Master Data → Sales Threshold by Warehouse" screen and click Data Import. Bulk import is the only way to edit this data.
Planning Horizons
Go to "Master Data → Planning Horizons" and click Data Import. Choose the import type from the dropdown. Each type has its own template:
|
Import type |
Template columns |
|
Planning Horizon Baselines |
ph_baseline_code, name, days, first_allocation, replenishment, delete |
|
Planning Horizon Exceptions |
ph_baseline_code, store_code, days, product_category, product_subcategory, delete |
Max Store Capacity by Product Category (Network Constraints)
From 05-11-2026, bulk updates are made in "Master Data → Network Constraints", Store Capacities tab, with Data Import. You can also edit capacities directly on screen by expanding a store.
Note: Only product hierarchy levels can be used as categories (for example Season, Section, Family, or your own levels such as Division or Subcategory). Manually created groups are no longer accepted.
Templates still uploaded via Data Upload
The following data types are not yet available in Data Import. Keep uploading them through "Daily Data → Data Upload", using these templates:
