Why do I have a low (or 0%) transfer implementation level?

A satisfactory implementation percentage ranges from 80% to 85%, since such a number would allow the actual sales increase to catch up with the estimated sales increase. 

A low implementation level (or 0%) may mean:

• The stores have not followed through on the transfers.
• The initial stock data was not entirely correct,.
• The transportation is not fulfilled for any reason.
• The destination stores have not confirmed their inbound stock yet.

Please keep in mind that our implementation rates come from an inference on store stock data we received daily for the SKU-store combinations from a submitted scenario. If you have any inventory or stock data issue it will be reflected on results here.
