      Store Transfer Results files under demand

      ST scenario files will be generated under demand

      When executing a scenario there are different steps we will go through, being the last one the Results files generation. Excel Results file (RO file) and Waybills and optionally Receiving list and Small waybills .

      This last step is repeated every time after an edition when clicking on “Regenerate files”, and always before submitting the scenario (so we avoid missing any edition).

      As our goal is to reduce the execution time as much as possible, we are going stop generating all these files automatically so the scenario results are available earlier to be reviewed and to be sent much faster.

      In any case someone still wants to obtain the excel file it can be generated under demand and once created it will remain in the scenario as it is now.

      How it works?

      • The scenario will be created as usual but it will be completed faster as we will skip the results files creation

      • You can review and edit the scenario in the screens and submit it without creating the Excel results file

      • You can optionally generate the Excel Results file (RO file) by clicking on “Regenerate files”. On the 3 dots for the new screens.

      As you may seen in the picture, the Results files are no longer available (unless someone else generate them beforehand).

      • When clicking in "Regenerate files" a confirmation screen will appear:

      • The file will be created and the user will receive an email once the process is completed

       

      • The file will be available in the scenario from that moment on

      • The scenario can still be modified and the Excel Results file can be regenerated again to review it once more as it is right now

      • We will still refresh possible editions before submitting it as it is now

      FAQ’s

      Will Waybills, Receiving lists, small Waybills be generated?


      YES, but only AFTER the scenario is submitted.


      Why❓Because these files are not needed to understand the scenario results, they only exist in case we need to retrieve the documents stores receive once the scenario is sent.
