I see stocks in negative. Why?

The possible reasons you have negative stocks are:

  • The store sold a unit that is not registered in the system as commercial stock.
  • The unit was sold before the product arrived in the store.
  • A sales error using an incorrect code.
  • A discrepancy between units of the delivery note and what actually arrived.
