Note: It applies only for past sales calculations not to future PH date
The store closure information can be received automatically through the Store master file that is ingested everyday. Otherwise, it can be configured store by store in each Store profile or through the Data upload page.
Store profile
Go to Master Data -> Stores, and click on the store code to go to the details.
Once you are in the details of the store, on your right of the screen click on the "Edit" button:
Next, set the Close date on the open period section and then click on Save changes.
Data Upload
Go to Daily Data > Data upload, select the option "Store Closures" and choose the file to be uploaded.
Its headers must be named exactly as in the image below:
*You can configure future closures as well in case you already know the plan of closures
