How Does the Store Request Function Work?
The Store Request function is designed to increase sales opportunities by allowing store staff to request products that are out of stock in the store but available in the warehouse.
How It Works:
- A customer visits the store looking for a product that is currently out of stock.
- A staff member uses the mobile app to place a Store Request for the product.
- The requested product is included in the next replenishment shipment to the store.
- The customer returns to purchase the product once it arrives.
Note: Replenishment scenarios will take into account Store Requests and these would be seen in the mobile app.
