Why are no units being proposed to a store, even though there’s a high demand forecast and the product still has units available in the warehouse?

No units may be proposed to a store despite high demand and available warehouse stock due to one or more of the following reasons:

  1. Maximum capacity reached
The store has a maximum capacity restriction that has already been reached. Check the Store Master file to verify if max_stock or max_order information is being transmitted.

  2. All SKUs blocked
The store has all SKUs blocked (or those specific SKUs with availability in the warehouse).

  3. Sufficient store stock
The store already has enough stock to cover the forecasted demand.

  4. Restrictive Visual Rules
The visual rules configured are too restrictive to be fulfilled, preventing any replenishment from being proposed to that store.

  5. High residual value with limited sizes
Only a few sizes remain in the warehouse, resulting in a high residual value. If the Sales threshold for that product is also high (e.g., >20%), the system may be trying to protect those last units.

  6. Linked product lines
The product is part of a linked line, and Nextail may be proposing replenishment for that store through a different product reference.
